At Pro-Costumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn costume in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, masks, and props are included to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
